In the first installment of Up is Down, Black is White, Frank is subject to a new kind of warfare; Psychological. But, when Nicolas Cavella defiles his families grave, Cavella becomes two things; The first man to ever succeed in playing mind games with the Punisher, and, of course, the last person to ever attempt to play mind games with the Punisher, but of course, the latter doesn't occur until issue six.
